As part of the Orlando Health Human Resources team, I partnered with Corporate Compliance and Learning & Development to create engaging educational materials, annual compliance training, and interactive learning experiences for hospital team members. I designed and developed eLearning modules, instructional animations, and supporting communications while also serving as an administrator for the Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System (LMS), providing platform maintenance and back-end support.
The training materials and learning modules I developed in 2017 continue to serve as a core component of Orlando Health's required annual education program, reflecting their effectiveness, longevity, and lasting organizational value.
